Welcome to DreamInt. By downloading, installing, or using the DreamInt mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamInt, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

DreamInt is an AI-powered interview preparation application that provides:

• Personalized mock interviews based on your resume and target job descriptions
• Voice and written interview practice modes
• AI-generated feedback and performance analysis
• Resume analysis and optimization suggestions
• Progress tracking and interview history

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

DreamInt offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited number of interview sessions per month
• Premium Plan: Unlimited interviews and advanced features

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective app store's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, responses). By uploading content, you grant DreamInt a limited license to process this content solely to provide our services. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

7. Intellectual Property

DreamInt and its content, features, and functionality are owned by DreamInt and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The interview questions, feedback, and suggestions provided by DreamInt are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Feedback should not be considered professional career advice
• Results may vary and success is not guaranteed
• You should use your own judgment when applying suggestions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamInt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamInt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
